About Devin LeMay

With a background in appraising homes, Devin LeMay joined Compass and the Christopher Group in 2023. Devin has lived in Central Massachusetts her entire life and found that she had an interest in real estate at a young age. Before obtaining her real estate license, Devin's passion for homes and architecture even had her attending open houses just for the fun!

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Devin worked as a full-time Appraiser’s Assistant. Her knowledge of appraisals and deep understanding of what goes into valuing a home will transpire when strategically pricing clients' homes to sell. Devin’s ultimate intention is to help her clients make their real estate goals come to reality in the most efficient way possible by using a hands-on approach to make sure her clients understand each step to make their experience in purchasing or selling real estate flow with ease. 

Devin lives happily at her cozy condominium at the Pine Ridge Golf Course in North Oxford, MA. She lives with her fiance, Nicholas, and their furry son, Meeko. In Devin’s spare time, she is either enjoying the fine arts of life, watching Boston sports, cooking, spending quality time with friends and family, or planning for her wedding! During summertime, she likes to visit her family on the Cape.  When not selling homes, there's no better place to find Devin than relaxing on the beach!
